CAP Community Tournaments: Sports Teams can Participate in any 3 of the 5 above Sports Categories - All Teams must be COED.
Cultural Dance - Creative & Performance:

- Modern, Contemporary & Urban Styles;
- Caribbean Cultural & Latin Dance Styles;
- Afro-Caribbean Dance Styles;
- Indo-Caribbean Dance Styles;
- FREE-STYLE: Street, Hip-Hop, Soca, Reggae-Dancehall, etc.
CAP Competitions: Cultural Dance Performances incorporating any 3 of the above 5 Dance Categories - All Groups/Teams must be COED.
Premier Category: Communities Fielding Competitive Teams in 5+ of the above categories - All Teams must be COED.
